fa مقایسه نظرات دستیاران،کارورزان، پرستاران و مادران در مورد نیازهای آموزشی خانواده دارای کودک بستری در بخش عفونی بیمارستان کودکان مفید Comparing the opinions of residents, interns, nurses and mothers about the educational needs of a family with a child admitted to the infectious department of Mofid Children's Hospital عمومى General پژوهشي Original سابقه و هدف: نیازهای آموزشی خانواده دارای کودک بستری در بیمارستان از مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر پیشگیری، کنترل و درمان بیماری کودک  است که ناشی از نقش مهم خانواده در تأمین و حفظ سلامت جسمی و روانی بیمار است؛ بنابراین ضرورت آموزش به مادر و خانواده به خصوص در بیماری‌های عفونی با توجه به ماهیت و امکان سرایت آن، اهمیت آموزش به خانواده را بیشتر می‌سازد.این مطالعه  با هدف مقایسه نظرات مادران، پرستاران، دستیاران و کارورزان به میزان درک نیازهای آموزشی خانواده کودکان بیمار انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1403 است که به صورت تصادفی ۱۴۶ نفر از مادران دارای کودک بستری در بخش عفونی کودکان، ۲۰ نفر از کادر پرستاری، ۱۷ نفر از کارورزان پزشکی و ۱۲ نفر از دستیاران تخصص کودکان بخش عفونی شرکت داشتند. نظرات شرکت کنندگان با استفاده از پرسشنامه  شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک شرکت‌کنندگان و 37 مورد از نیاز خانواده ‌دارای کودک بستری در بیمارستان به اضافه پنج پرسش در خصوص پمفلت‌های موجود در بخش، با پاسخ دهی مقیاس لیکرت مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، میانگین سن مادران 6/4 ± 34/3، پرستاران  7/07 ± 37/76، دستیاران 3/8 ± 30/6 و کارورزان 4/7 ± 25/8 بود. پاسخ های  مادران، پرستاران، کارورزان و دستیاران با یکدیگر متفاوت بود. میزان امتیاز کلی با تعداد فرزندان و سطح تحصیلات در مادران دارای کودک بستری در بخش عفونی و با سن، وضعیت تاهل و میزان درآمد در پرستاران و دستیاران رابطه معنادار داشت (0/05p<). نتیجه گیری: تفاوت میان درک مادران و کادردرمان از نیازهای آموزشی خانواده دارای کودک بستری نشان داد، موانع زیادی جهت برطرف سازی نیازهای خانواده ها وجود دارد که نیازمند توجه و تدوین برنامه های آموزشی خانواده دارای کودک بستری نشان داد، موانع زیادی جهت برطرف سازی نیازهای خانواده ها وجود دارد که نیازمند توجه و تدوین برنامه های آموزشی لازم در این راستا می باشد. Background: The educational needs of families with hospitalized children is one of the most important factors influencing the prevention, control, and treatment of children's sicknesses that point the impression of the family to provide and preserve the patient’s physical and mental health. Therefore, the necessity of teaching mothers and family with hospitalized children, especially in infectious wards, regarding to nature and possibility of transmission of infectious diseases, increases the importance of family education. We try to compare the opinions of medical staff and children's mothers in the infectious ward to understand the conception of educational needs of children's families. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study in 2024, 146 mothers with hospitalized children in pediatric infectious ward, 20 nurses, 17 medical interns, 12 pediatric residents were  randomly participated. The participant’s opinion were considered with using a questionnaire about participants' demographic information’s and 37 questions about the needs of families with hospitalized children in addition to five questions about pamphlets in the pediatric infectious ward, answered with Likert Scale. Results: Mean of age of mothers was 34/3 ± 6/4, nurses was 37/8 ± 7/1, residents was 30/6 ± 3/8 and interns was 25/8 ± 4/7. The overall score of mothers with the hospitalized child in infectious ward had a significant relationship with educational level and number of children also, the overall score of nurses and doctors had a significant relationship with age, marital status, and amount of income(p<0/05).
