fa فراوانی دلایل ترخیص با رضایت شخصی از اورژانس بیمارستان خاتم الانبیا زاهدان در سال 1400 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">سابقه و هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">:</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA">بیمارستان‌ها یکی از سازمان‌های ارائه دهنده خدمات سلامت به جامعه هستند. ارتقای سطح کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده درمانی و پزشکی به بیماران می‌تواند محیطی خوشایند را برای بیماران فراهم کرده و سبب افزایش رضایت‌مندی آنها شود. از مشکلاتی که در پی نارضایتی بیماران از خدمات سلامت ایجاد می‌شود، ترخیص بیمار با رضایت شخصی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضرتعیین فراوانی دلایل ترخیص با رضایت شخصی از اورژانس بیمارستان خاتم الانبیا زاهدان در سال </span><span lang="FA">۱۴۰</span><span lang="AR-SA">۰ است.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مواد<b> </b>و</span></span></span></b><b> </b><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">روش</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">‌</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">ها</span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">: </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه توصیفی، ۹۶۲ نفر از بیمارانی که با رضایت شخصی از اورژانس بیمارستان خاتم الانبیاء زاهدان ترخیص شده بودند در سال ۱۴۰۰ مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از پرونده ها و تماس تلفنی با بیماران جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و آزمون های آماری استنباطی در سطح معنی داری </span><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;P<۰.۰۵</span><span lang="AR-SA">انجام شد.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">یافته<span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">‌</span>ها</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">:</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA">فراوانی ترخیص با رضایت شخصی حدود ۲/۷ درصد از کل بیماران مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بود. از ۹۶۲ نفر مورد بررسی ۶۰۶ نفر (۶۳ درصد) مرد و ۳۵۶ نفر (۳۷ درصد) زن بودند.&nbsp; میانگین سنی بیماران ترخیص شده با رضایت شخص ۱۹/۹</span><span lang="AR-SA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA"> ۵۸/۳ سال بود. از کل ۹۶۲ بیمار ترخیص شده با رضایت شخصی، ۲۹۲ نفر (۳۰/۴ درصد) به خاطر احساس بهبودی نسبی، ۱۸۸ نفر (۱۹/۶ درصد) به دلیل اصرار بیمار و همراهانشان، ۲۱۸ نفر (۲۶/۶ درصد) به دلیل نداشتن هزینه و نداشتن بیمه و ۲۶۴ نفر (۲۷/۴درصد) به دلیل رفتن به مراکز شخصی و یا ارجاع به سایر مراکز درمانی با رضایت شخصی اورژانس را ترک کردند.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه گیری</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">:</span></span></span> <span lang="FA">بیشترین علت ترخیص به خاطر احساس بهبودی نسبی بود. افزایش آگاهی بیماران از عوارض احتمالی، طرح ریزی برنامه درمانی سرپایی برای این بیماران، ارتقاء سطح کیفیت خدمات پزشکی و درمانی می تواند درکاهش موارد رضایت با تمایل شخصی کمک کننده باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:IRNazanin"></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Background and purpose:</span></b> Hospitals are one of the organizations providing health services to the society. Improving the quality of medical and therapeutic services provided to patients can provide a pleasant environment for patients and increase their satisfaction. One of the problems that arise due to patients&#39; dissatisfaction with health services is the discharge of the patient with personal consent. The aimed of this study was to determine the frequency of discharge with personal consent from the emergency department of Khatam Al Anbia Hospital in Zahedan in 2022.<span style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br> <b>Materials and methods:</b> In this descriptive study, 962 patients who were discharged from the emergency department of Khatam Al Anbia Hospital in Zahedan in 2021 were examined. Data were collected using files and phone calls with patients. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics.<span style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br> <b>Results: </b>The rate of discharge by personal consent was about 2.7% of the total number of patients referred to the emergency room during one year. Of the 962 people surveyed, 606 (63%) were men and 356 (37%) were women. The average age of patients discharged with personal consent was 58.3 &plusmn; 19.9 years. Out of the total 962 patients discharged by personal consent, 292 (30.4%) due to feeling of partial recovery, 188 (19.6%) due to the secrets of the patient and their companions, 218 (26.6%) due to not having cost and lack of insurance and 264 people (27.4%) left the emergency room due to going to private centers or referring to other medical centers with personal consent.<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span><br> <b>Conclusion:</b> </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The main reason for discharge was the relative improvement in health.
