fa مدیریت و مراقبت از بیماران سوختگی در شرایط جنگ و بحران: مروری بر انواع سوختگی و اقدامات درمانی تخصصي Special نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin=""><span style="color:black">سوختگی یکی از شایع‌ترین آسیب‌ها در جهان است که می‌تواند منجر به ضایعات پوستی و در موارد شدید، درگیری سیستم‌های حیاتی بدن شود. بر اساس گزارش سازمان جهانی بهداشت، سالانه بیش از 11 میلیون نفر در دنیا نیازمند مراقبت درمانی و حدود 18 هزار نفر جان خود را از دست می‌دهند. در شرایط جنگی به دلیل استفاده از سلاح‌های آتش‌زا، انفجارها و تماس با عوامل شیمیایی و حرارتی، شدت و وسعت سوختگی‌ها معمولاً بیشتر از موارد غیرنظامی است. این امر ضرورت آمادگی نظام سلامت برای مدیریت و درمان سوختگی‌ها در بحران‌ها را دوچندان می‌کند. آموزش کادر درمان و مردم درباره انواع سوختگی‌های حرارتی، الکتریکی، شیمیایی و صاعقه‌زدگی می‌تواند موجب کاهش مرگ و میر، بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران و پیشگیری از پیامدهای روانی و اجتماعی شود.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:236.25pt"><span style="vertical-align:top"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Burns are among the most common injuries worldwide, potentially causing skin damage and, in severe cases, involvement of vital body systems. According to the World Health Organization, more than 11 million people globally require medical care for burns annually, and approximately 18,000 die each year. In war settings, due to the use of incendiary weapons, explosions, and exposure to chemical and thermal agents, the severity and extent of burns are generally greater than in civilian cases. This underscores the critical need for health system preparedness to manage and treat burns during crises.
