fa ضرورت اضافه شدن عفونت هانتاویروس در تشخیص‌های افتراقی نظام مراقبت سندرمیک ایران عمومى General سایر Others نظام مراقبت سندرمیک ایران به‌طور مستمر در حال پایش بیماری‌های عفونی نوپدید است. با توجه به شواهد سرمی و مولکولی از گردش هانتاویروس در مخازن جوندگان و جمعیت انسانی کشور، تقویت رویکردهای تشخیصی در این نظام حائز اهمیت است. هانتاویروس علاوه بر این که می‌تواند با تظاهراتی نظیر سندرم‌های کلیوی و تنفسی بروز کند، نیازمند جایگاهی متمایز در پروتکل‌های تشخیص افتراقی عفونت‌های حاد تنفسی و شبه‌آنفلوآنزا است. بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های آزمایشگاهی موجود، در کنار آموزش مداوم برای شناسایی زودهنگام موارد مشکوک، می‌تواند نظام مراقبت فعلی را در مدیریت طغیان‌های احتمالی و پاسخ به این تهدیدات بالقوه به‌طور چشمگیری تقویت نماید.<br> <br> <strong>نوع مقاله</strong>: نامه به سردبیر Iran&rsquo;s syndromic surveillance system is continuously monitoring emerging infectious diseases. Given the serological and molecular evidence of hantavirus circulation in rodent reservoirs and the human population of the country, strengthening diagnostic approaches in this system is important. In addition to presenting with manifestations such as renal and respiratory syndromes, hantavirus requires a distinct place in the differential diagnosis protocols of acute respiratory and influenza-like infections.
