fa مرور ساختار یافته جهانی آگاهی نسبت به تب کیو عمومى General مروری Review <strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> : تب کیو یک بیماری مشترک انسان و دام است که با طیف وسیعی از تظاهرات بالینی و بار قابل توجه سلامت عمومی همراه است. با وجود اهمیت اپیدمیولوژیک بیماری، این مطالعه با هدف مرور ساختارمند شواهد جهانی درباره سطح آگاهی و دانش نسبت به تب کیو انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مرور ساختاریافته مقالات انگلیسی‌زبان منتشرشده بین ژانویه 2010 تا آگوست 2025 را بررسی کرد. جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی بین الملی معتبر انجام شد. غربالگری بر اساس دستورالعمل پریزما 2020 و ارزیابی کیفیت با چک‌لیست JBI انجام شد. به دلیل ناهمگونی مفهومی و روش‌شناختی، فراتحلیل صورت نگرفت و نتایج به‌صورت توصیفی ارائه شد.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از 1731 رکورد اولیه، 17 مطالعه از 11 کشور وارد مرور شدند. اغلب مطالعات مقطعی و مبتنی بر پرسشنامه‌های پژوهشگرساخته بودند. ناهمگونی قابل توجهی در تعریف و سنجش &laquo;دانش&raquo; مشاهده شد. سطح آگاهی در کارکنان سلامت، به‌ویژه در کشورهای با درآمد پایین و متوسط، عمدتاً ناکافی بود. دامپزشکان دانش بالاتری داشتند، اما شکاف‌های مفهومی همچنان وجود داشت. در میان کشاورزان و دامداران، سطح دانش متغیر و وابسته به تحصیلات و آموزش حرفه‌ای بود. آگاهی از واکسیناسیون عمدتاً به مطالعات استرالیا محدود بود.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: شکاف‌ دانشی قابل توجهی درباره تب کیو در سطح جهانی وجود دارد. توسعه ابزارهای استاندارد سنجش دانش و طراحی مداخلات آموزشی چندبعدی با رویکرد &laquo;یک سلامت&raquo; برای بهبود آمادگی نظام‌های سلامت ضروری است. <strong>Background</strong>: Q fever is a zoonotic disease characterized by a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations and a substantial public health burden. Despite its epidemiological importance, this study aimed to systematically review global evidence on awareness and knowledge of Q fever.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This structured review included English-language articles published between January 2010 and August 2025. Comprehensive searches were conducted across major international databases. Study selection followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, and methodological quality was assessed using the JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist. Given conceptual and methodological heterogeneity across studies, a meta-analysis was not performed; findings are presented descriptively.<br> <br> <strong>Results</strong>: Of 1,731 identified records, 17 studies from 11 countries met the inclusion criteria. Most studies used cross-sectional designs and researcher-developed questionnaires. Considerable heterogeneity was observed in the definition and measurement of &ldquo;knowledge.&rdquo; Awareness levels among healthcare workers&mdash;particularly in low- and middle-income countries&mdash;were generally inadequate. Veterinarians showed relatively higher knowledge levels; however, important conceptual gaps persisted. Among farmers and livestock breeders, knowledge levels varied and were influenced by educational attainment and professional training. Awareness of vaccination was largely limited to studies conducted in Australia.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:&nbsp;</strong>Significant global knowledge gaps about Q fever persist across key populations.
