fa ارزیابی سلامت روان و ارتباط آن با پیشرفت تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original <strong>سابقه و هدف</strong>: از آنجایی که دانشجویان پزشکی با حجم کاری سنگین، مسئولیت‌های بالینی و محیط‌ رقابتی، سطح استرس بالایی را تجربه می‌کنند که می‌تواند بر سلامت روان و عملکرد آنها تأثیر منفی بگذارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت سلامت روان دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و همبستگی آن با پیشرفت تحصیلی انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> بدین منظور 222 دانشجوی پزشکی بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و معدل ترم گذشته یا دیپلم آنها از اداره اموزش دریافت شد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی-28(28=GHQ، General Health Questionnaire ) چهار بعد: علائم جسمانی، اضطراب و بی‌خوابی، اختلال عملکرد اجتماعی و افسردگی&nbsp; مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل های آماری شامل t-tests ⸲&nbsp; ANOVA و همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون کمترین و بیشترین درجه 28 GHQ-با میانگین معدل ترم با استفاده از نرم افزار 26-SPSS انجام شد.<br> <br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج ارتباط منفی بین شکایات جسمان)(0/04=r= 0/12 ,p)، اضطراب(0/01=r= 0/18 ,p)، افسردگی (0/01=r= 0/22 ,p) با پیشرفت تحصیل را نشان دادند. در حالیکه، کارکرد اجتماعی با پیشرفت تحصیلی، ارتباط مثبت داشت&nbsp;(0/01=r= 0/23 ,p) 37درصد از دانشجویان نمره بالاتر از حد نصاب گرفتند که نشان‌دهنده مشکلات بالقوه سلامت روان است.<br> <br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: سلامت روان به‌طور معناداری بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی تأثیرگذار است؛ به‌طوری‌که اضطراب، افسردگی و شکایات جسمانی باعث افت تحصیلی شده و کارکرد اجتماعی مطلوب، پیشرفت تحصیلی را بهبود می‌بخشد. با توجه به شیوع ۳۷ درصدی مشکلات سلامت روان، اجرای برنامه‌های غربالگری و حمایتی در دانشگاه‌ها ضروری است <strong>Background: </strong>Medical students frequently encounter significant stress due to their substantial workload, clinical obligations, and the competitive nature of their environment, all of which can adversely affect their mental health and academic performance. This study aims to examine the mental health status of medical students at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and its association with their academic performance.<br> <br> <strong>Methods</strong>: For this purpose, 222 medical students were randomly selected from a list of students and their high school or last semester GPAs, and assessed using the General Health Questionnaire-28 on four dimensions: physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction, and depression. Statistical analyses including t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation, were performed using SPSS software.<br> <br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed a negative correlation between physical complaints (r=-0.12, P=0.04), anxiety (r=-0.18, P=0.01), and depression (r=-0.22, P=0.01) with academic progress. While, social functioning had a positive correlation with academic achievement. (r=0.23 and P=0.01). 37% of students scored above the cutoff, indicating potential mental health issues.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Mental health significantly impacts the academic achievement of medical students; anxiety, depression, and somatic complaints lead to academic decline, whereas favorable social functioning enhances academic performance.
