fa سکوت بیماران دیابتی در برابر افت قند خون؛ بازتابی از ناامنی شغلی در محیط کار تخصصي Special نامه به سردبیر Letter to editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">هیپوگلیسمی یکی از شایع‌ترین و در عین حال خطرناک‌ترین عوارض بیماری دیابت محسوب می‌شود که در صورت عدم کنترل، می‌تواند پیامدهای جدی برای سلامت فردی و عملکرد شغلی داشته باشد. یکی از چالش‌های پنهان در محیط‌های کاری، سکوت بیماران دیابتی در برابر علائم هیپوگلیسمی به‌دلایل روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. این پدیده که در برخی مشاغل با حساسیت بالا می‌تواند منجر به فجایع جدی شود، ناشی از نبود حمایت‌های ساختاری و فرهنگی در محیط‌های کاری است. این نامه به سردبیر به بررسی ابعاد مختلف این مسئله پرداخته و پیشنهادهایی برای سیاست‌گذاران جهت ایجاد محیطی حمایتی‌تر برای بیماران دیابتی ارائه می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Hypoglycemia is one of the most common and serious complications of diabetes, and if left unmanaged, it can lead to severe health consequences and impaired job performance. A hidden challenge in the workplace is the silence of diabetic employees regarding hypoglycemia symptoms due to psychological, social, and economic concerns. This phenomenon, especially critical in high-risk professions, stems from the lack of structural and cultural support in the work environment.
